The Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation included company Greenhouse Complex Sayanskiy in the list of residents of the territory of advanced development in Sayansk (the Irkutsk region). The company has a project on a greenhouse complex construction.
The press-centre of the Irkutsk region announced, “The corresponding record was made in the registry of the Ministry of economic development on 22 March”.
According to the previously revealed data, Greenhouse Complex Sayanskiy is planning to put the greenhouse complex valued at 2.9b roubles into operation in 2020. The investor presented to the regional government the project on construction a facility for perennial vegetables growth in protected ground. Governmental committee approved the application for inclusion in the registry.
The investor is going to spend about 12% of internal funds, the rest – loans including the ones from the Russian Agricultural Bank. The regional Minister of Agriculture, Ilya Sumarokov, says that the construction of the greenhouse will be started in 2019, the first output of vegetables will be gathered in 2020.
According to the Minister, the investor is about to construct the greenhouses on the area of 12.3 ha and to produce up to 12k tonnes of vegetables per year. The Minister reminds that annual yield in the region comprises only 4k tonnes of protected ground vegetables.
The project is planned to reach the full capacity in 2021-2022, the payback period will start after 2028.
Greenhouse Complex Sayanskiy was established in Irkutsk in 2018, the owner is Dmitry Cheremukhin.
