The Russian Government approved prolongation up to 2025 of the State Support Programme of Agriculture Development and Regulation of Markets for Agricultural Products, Feedstocks and Supplies. The information is provided by the Government press service.

In the period of 2021-2025 4.2 tln RUB will be transferred for the Programme implementation. The financing increased from 297 bln to 793 bln RUB in 2019.

742 bln RUB instead of 293 bln RUB will be distributed by the Government for the agriculture development. Total Programme budget has been increased from 2.2 tln RUB to 8.2 tln RUB.

The first edition of the State Programme included two phases first of which was planned to be finished in 2017, the second – in 2020.
