The Government will conclude 250 agreements about the state support with export-oriented companies in 2019. The information was provided by Anton Siluanov, First Vice Prime Minister, Minister of Finance, at the meeting of Vladimir Putin with the Government.
“Already in 2019, we are going to conclude more than 250 agreements within the project (“International Cooperation and Export”) with the enterprises based on corporate programmes of compatibility increase”, he said.
Mr Siluanov explained that the programmes imply taking responsibility for the production export increase in exchange for the state support.
The measures of agricultural products export growth will not only be continued but also expanded. “By the presidential order a new protected brand of domestic “green” production will be created”, highlighted Mr Siluanov. Organic producers will be allowed to locate corresponding signs on their products from January 2020.
The First Vice Prime Minister reminded that at the same time within the project “Services Export” visa regime for the foreign tourists will be simplified and electronic visas utility will be expanded in the next years.
About the national project
National project “International Cooperation and Export” consists of five federal level projects: “Industrial Export”, “Agricultural Export”, “International Trade Logistics”, “Services export”, and “International Cooperation and Export Development System Measures”.
Every project implies budget financing. Major support is provided to federal projects: “Industrial Export” (423.8 bln roubles) and “Agricultural Export” (406.8 bln roubles).
Besides, “International Trade Logistics” project will receive 21.6 bln roubles, “Services export” – 5.8 bln roubles and “International Cooperation and Export Development System Measures” – 98.8 bln roubles.
Denis Manturov, the Minister of Industry and Trade, informed TASS before that national project “International Cooperation and Export” will allow to attract from 7 tln to 12 tln roubles of private investments on 957 bln roubles of federal budget.
